# REST API: 2026-10-29

> Use the published 2026-10-29 request and response contract.

The REST API pages in this selection are generated from the
[2026-10-29 OpenAPI specification](https://api.qfex.com/contracts/2026-10-29/openapi.yaml).
This is the first published date-based contract.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Set `api_version=2026-10-29` in the playground and in your client. Selecting these
> docs does not pin outgoing requests. Omitting the parameter uses latest.

```sh theme={null}
curl -i 'https://api.qfex.com/md/contracts?api_version=2026-10-29'
```

The response includes `Qfex-Api-Version: 2026-10-29`. Continue using ordinary
endpoint paths on `https://api.qfex.com`; `/contracts/2026-10-29/` serves contract
metadata, not trading or account endpoints.

See [API versioning](https://docs.qfex.com/api-reference/versioning.md) for selection rules and upgrades,
[API keys](https://docs.qfex.com/api-reference/api-keys.md) for authentication, and the
[API changelog](https://docs.qfex.com/websocket/changelog.md) for release notes. Shared integration guides,
Funding API documentation, and WebSocket documentation are available under the
**Latest** selection and are not historical copies.
